During my 7 years of in-house experience at The Deep, a conservation charity and aquarium in Hull, I evolved the organisation’s brand to feel more modern, accessible and appealing to a wider audience. The existing brand guidelines had become dated and restrictive, so I introduced a refreshed visual approach, combining more vivid colours with an increased use of photography. Deliverables included promotional leaflets, print and digital ads, social media assets, infographics, and simple animations. I also designed some merchandise for the gift shop including a complete overhaul of the animal adoption product.
